did you know....
.... that the front bumper and the bumper horns were factory-attached to every Opel GT-AL with chrome-plated decorative screws?!
Except for the late 1973 models, we're not 100% sure about that yet.
Today you can hardly find this small detail on an Opel GT.
The original chrome screws were unfortunately very susceptible to rust and have therefore almost always been replaced with standard screws over the years. You can only see these screws under the bumper from below. But they catch the eye on the bumper horns.
We have had these little beasts reissued at great expense.
