New Opel GT Fuel Tank
Especially in Opel GTs that have been in storage for a long time, the fuel tanks are often rusted on the inside. If this rust isn't thoroughly removed and the tank isn't permanently sealed, the fuel supply will become clogged by rust particles that break off.
Really good, rust-free Opel GT fuel tanks are hard to come by these days.
Here you can get a new Opel GT fuel tank that matches the original in appearance, shape, and fit.
The new tank is compatible with all common fuel level sensors (original or replica).
A suitable fuel tank connection kit is included with each tank.
Two small improvements over the stock:
1.) A gasolin baffle plate is installed on the inside. This prevents interruptions in fuel supply when cornering or when the fuel level is low.
2.) Improved tank ventilation thanks to a third connection option.
The fuel sender shown is not included.
