Especially in Opel GTs that have been standing for a long time, the fuel tanks are often rusted on the inside.
If this rust is not removed very thoroughly and the tank is sealed permanently, the fuel supply becomes blocked by rust particles that come off. Really good and rust-free Opel GT tanks are now hard to find.
From the end of December / beginning of January, this new Opel GT fuel tank will be available from stock at any time.
This production is hard to beat in terms of originality and fit. The look, shape and fit correspond to the original.
Small improvement: A baffle plate is built into the inside, so the tank is also ideal for fuel injection.
