The red set for  early models

This 8-piece polyurethane control arm bushing set is designed for the slightly earlier Opel GT / Kadett B control arms from 1968 to early 1971.

The bushings have a grease reservoir inside, which, when correctly installed, prevents squeaking or creaking noises.

These bushings are also a good choice when using wider wheel/tire combinations.

Whether you prefer red or black bushings is purely a matter of appearance. The material strength is identical.

You can find more information about the model year below.

Original import from the USA.

Scope of delivery: Set with all 8 polyurethane bushings for a front axle made of red PU.

Suitable for: Opel GT and Kadett B control arms from '68 to mid-'71.

Right of revocation

For GT and Kadett B (Kadett from '68 onwards) control arms, we distinguish between an early series and a late series.
The early series dates from 1969, 1970, and very early 1971 vehicles.
The late series was installed from approximately mid-1971 to 1973.
The bushing difference lies in the inner diameter of the lower control arm bushing.
If bushings are to be installed without using new metal sleeves, the correct model year is important.
However, if you are installing bushings AND new inner sleeves (e.g., item no. 3a1.6), always use the late series bushing set, as 3a1.6 always contains the late series inner sleeve.
