As an alternative to the standard oil seal (item no. 5e41.5), we supply our friends with a real high-performance shaft seal.
This very high-quality sealing ring leaves virtually nothing to be desired.
Made from steel and the best FKM, which is significantly more temperature stable (+240°) and abrasion resistant than standard material.
It's a little more expensive, but the bottom line is that it's worth it. Who would want to disassemble their gearbox prematurely just because the front sealing ring is leaking again?!
