In earlier shift consoles, the switching ball ( i.e. the joint) was held in place using a few grub screws.
This practice worked, but it wasn't optimal because the screws sometimes came loose.
With the V3-B holder, these problems are a thing of the past.
Suitable for all V3 shift gates.
The scope of delivery includes the switching ball holder, fastening rivets and a sharp stainless steel drill.
