Opel GT Exhaust-System Classic
Complete stainless steel exhaust system for the Opel GT in a classic “outfit”. This system has the original tailpipes and the small flange of the Opel GT 1900 exhaust manifold.
1.) Front-pipe
This exhaust system has a two-piece front pipe.
This makes sense because it allows the system to be aligned much better and without tension during assembly. In addition, there are no bulky items during shipping.
The front pipe of this system has the small flange that is usually installed on the GT1900.
2.) Center silencer
Full stainless steel silencer with integrated axle arch. Suspension at the original suspension points!
3.) Rear silencer
Super classic, beveled tailpipes, very similar to the original.
The look is very similarly subtle and classic! This can be important for the H license plate.
The system has been manufactured piece by piece by a Swedish brand manufacturer for our Opel GTs for more than 20 years.
When installing, you should note that exhaust systems must never be installed under tension, otherwise cracks may form.
This stainless steel exhaust system is not designed as a tuning system, but rather serves as a replacement for the Opel series systems that have not been available for many years.
Nevertheless, please note the regionally different specifications and legal requirements.
The system is delivered by the manufacturer without a certificate.
